Da Rules

okay, there aren't many, but here goes:
1) NO spamming whatsoever will be tolerated. Spam (on this forum) is a message sent more than once deliberately, OR the deliberate irritation of another member of the forum. Spammers will be banned for a length of time depending on the number and severity of offenses.
2) VIPs who abuse their privelages (ie moving, deleting, locking or stickying threads without good reason, as well as messing with the News Fader beyond a simple update) will lose their VIP privelages permanently. Once you lose it, there is no return.
3) Swearing is alright, but don't over-do it. Same goes for L33T.
4) Do the quiz! Anyone who signs up for the Quiz1000's forum WITHOUT actually finishing the Quiz1000 themself (at least 100 questions) will be permitted one week on the forum, and then they will be banned until they finish the Quiz. So, you'd be far better off (and have far much more fun) if you do the quiz!
5) Have fun! People who don't have fun are banned. And, to me, banning is fun! So everybody wins!

and try not to break too many rules, or else I'll ban you for that too, and you can see from these how much I love that... so don't tempt me.

Forum Virgin - 0-9 posts
Greenhorn - 10-249 posts
Rookie - 250-499 posts
Pro - 500-999 posts
Star - 1000-4999 posts
Superstar - 5 000-9 999 posts
Post Pimp - 10 000-24 999 posts
Forum King - 25 000-49 999 posts
VIP Bronze - 50 000-99 999 posts
Overlord - 100 000-499 999 posts
VIP Silver - 500 000-999 999 posts
Vice-Chief - 1 000 000+ posts, access to the VIP Lounges
Manager - Moderate powers on one or more boards
VIP Gold - Moderate powers on guest board and news fader/ban members (through Big Chiefs), plus access to the VIP Lounges
Underchief - Moderate powers on all boards and news fader/ban members/censor words, plus access to the VIP Lounges
Big Chief - Co-owners of the Quiz1000, with unrestricted power

an update on the Quiz rule:
From your first post, you have a 7-day trial period on the Quiz1000/Evil B| Official Forum. Upon the expiry of that trial period, you must complete 100 questions of the Quiz1000 and will not be able to log in to the forum until you have done so. Anyone who earns the expiry ban and doesn't complete their questions for four weeks will be deleted. End of story.

The official rules of the Quiz1000 states that:
a) The Quiz1000 must be promoted by any means necessary, via guestbook or tagboard advertising, search engine database entries, a banner exchange program, word-of-mouth, IM/IRC/E-Mail advertising, 3rd party forum spam, or whatever else it takes to get the word about the Quiz1000 out there. The Quiz1000 must be promoted to bring about traffic and income for it, to move to a paid site, to further increase traffic and income, to improve the Quiz1000 for future generations.
b) In spite of our methods of advertising, no one person shall advertise a 3rd-party unrelated-to-Quiz1000 website without express authentic written permission prior to the advertising. The authorised advertisers so far include, but are not limited to:
T-Shirt Hell (http://www.tshirthell.com/)
Mess With MSN Messenger, dwergs, and affiliates (http://www.mess.be/)
Lycos' Tripod and affiliates (http://www.tripod.lycos.com/)
Members of the ExchangeAd banner exchange that contain appropriate material (I try and review them but it's difficult at times to track EVERY member so watch out for them) (http://www.exchangead.com/)
MsT and all MsT-related things (http://mst04.tripod.com/)
Byte By Byte (http://www.bytebybyte.ca/)
Anyone who links to the Quiz1000 Online Home, not the Quiz1000 Online Forum, and follows our guidlines for linking to us, and whose site is reviewed by the co-owners of the Quiz1000, myself or Andy.
Any other member of our explicit advertisement partnership program.
Also, on top of these advertisers, members of the Quiz1000 online forum may advertise their pages in their member profile, and ONLY their member profile. If any said member is found to be advertising outside of this profile, they shall lose their profile URL privelages.

- English, the language of Kings, shall be the only language spoken on this forum. I actually did think this rule was implied, but apparently not. You can't even use Spanglish or Frenglish or any mixture languages, we want pure North American, British or Australian English only on this forum.

The last rule is to comply with recent additions to the conforums TOS, Section 3 Part C. That, and I don't like French. No offense to anyone, I just hate the language. Also, to comply with Section 3 Part B (which reads as follows)
User's web site may not contain content promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, or any other form of adult content, profanity, hate, "spam," fraud, racism, mlm, pyramid schemes, or promote any illegal activity.
There can't be any promotion of that, or you're looking at an instant 25% added to your warning level and the post deleted, no questions asked. No one has promoted any of that stuff in the past, but we can't start either. This would result in us losing the forum, and that can't happen. Sorry guys, but we have to follow the rules  !
